It’s simple and you have 3 options:

Online Order:

1. Log in with your username and password (that you created when you registered) to UjenaWholesale.com

2. Select the Ujena product you wish to purchase

3. Select the size, colors and quantities of each top and bottom, or order them as separates

4. Enter your contact/shipping information along with payment information and press submit.

You’re done! Your order will be shipped to you shortly.

Fax Order:

1. Login in to UjenaWholesale.com using your username and password (that you created when you registered).

2. Use the website to find the products you intend to purchase. Fill out the order form making sure each product you are ordering has a 4 digit product # (i.e. 2142), the color, quantity and sizes you intend to purchase.

3. Complete the entire order form along with payment information (credit card details). Fax your order to our Orders Department at 1-650-938-1004. Your order will be processed.

Phone In Order:

1. Simply call us at 1-800-448-5362 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have. Be sure to have the product numbers ready along with the colors, quantities, and the sizes for the product you intend to purchase.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available five days a week, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.

Terms

Because UjenaWholesale.com offers such an open order wholesale program without quantity or order size requirements, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY WHOLESALE ORDERS except as listed below. Any product(s) received incorrectly or have a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED provide product is sent back to UjENA in new condition, with the hang tags and sanitary strips in place. NO credits or refunds will be issued in this case. If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted. If ANY product is sent back soiled, or smells of smoke, we obviously cannot accept this because we cannot resell it. This product will be mailed back to the wholesale partner.

Shipping

Shipping to destinations located in Continental USA

All wholesale orders received by 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

There are 3 delivery options for all orders of $0-$500. REGULAR Delivery is $12 (up to 15 business days). Express Delivery is $23 (3-5 Business Days), 2-Day Delivery $34 and Overnight Priority Delivery is $42 (1 Business day). Please remember that UjENA manufactures everything we sell, so many times, we are manufacturing a portion of your order which is why we build in these delivery times.

Please Note: Some areas are considered to be “Extended Shipping Areas@” by the shipping carrier and incur additional shipping charges.

International Orders

Delivery time for REGULAR International orders may vary anywhere from 12-25 business days due to customs requirements which we are not be able to control. These orders ship USPS First Class International Mail and there is no tracking available. PRIORITY International orders typically are delivered in 5-10 business days and ship Fedex Priority International. Tracking is availabe on these orders. Shipping costs will vary based on the size of your order. You will be notified prior to your order shipping what the cost will be. US Shipping rates DO NOT apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and fees imposed by other countries. Vendors are responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
