UjENA has been in business for over 35 years specializing in designing and manufacturing in four way stretch fabrics for fashionable swimwear along with offering the sport basics and resort wear. We have a wholesale department for over 20 years including Online Partner Programs (O.P.P.) for those who sell on the internet. We are ready for your business whether it is for a store front, on line business, or developing your own brand.

Our design department is ready to create a collection for your private label or we can manufacture your designs including your samples, grading patterns, to production.

We offer custom wear. Custom wear is sublimated designs produced on T-Shirts, swimwear, or any apparel of your choice. We have the ability to offer more to stores and companies like yourself in competitive styles, fashion, and price. The turn around is approximately two to four weeks depending on the quantities. Our minimums are reasonably low.

For physical store fronts we have special pre-packs. Our minimums are low so you can buy one or more products at a time. If you purchase over $2,500.00 per order UjENA will ship for free, if you purchase more than $2,500.00 annually, further discounts are available.

General information for O.P.P. Wholesale customers:

1. We currently offer about 500 open stock products.

2. We offer a Drop Ship program and make available Data Feeds. We have several different programs available for the Data Feeds. If you Spend $5,000.00 or more a year with UjENA we will wave these fees. Sign up at UjENA Online.

3. If you do over $10,000.00 a year with us we will offer a better discount off wholesale prices. The more you do with us the more we do for you.

4. Easy check out for Drop Shipping. We are very international friendly. All of our items are available and can ship same day or at least the next business day depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Because we are our own manufacture, we can do just in time inventory.

UjENA Wholesale Terms/Policy

We strive to provide all customers with quality products, goods, and services. In order to maintain these high levels of products, pricing, and services, we ask that you take a moment to review our policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. All wholesale customers are required to complete the wholesale registration and by doing so confirms your agreement to accept our terms and policies.

• No Refunds on wholesale products (no exceptions)
• No Returns or Exchanges on any wholesale products unless defective or sent incorrectly

In the event a product is defective or was sent incorrectly, you must do the following to return/exchange product.

1. Contact UjENA (800)448-5362 and orderdesk@ujena.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Reference the Customer ID number and Order number from upper right corner of the invoice.
3. State the problem, requesting to return for review or need to replace for the correct item.
4. Products sent back to UjENA must be in new condition (Not Worn), with the hang tags and sanitary strips in place.
5. When approved for return, place item in the original packaging along with the invoice and submit a brief written document regarding the reason for return.
6. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Wholesale O.P.P.

All O.P.P. (Online Partner Program) services are not returnable or refundable. UjENA provides Drop Ship Program (customized invoices), Data Feeds (photos and description text), and Video Feeds for those selling on the internet. UjENA charges for these services. The services are by approval only. Once the approval is made the wholesaler has access to the services and can not be returned.

Shipping

Flat Rate Regular Shipping to destinations located in Continental USA. Further details are listed below for expedited delivery. here are no additional fees for our Drop Ship service.

***Please note that due to the recent increases and high cost of shipping large orders going to certain countries, you may be notified about additional fees due beyond the amount on your invoice prior to your order shipping.

All wholesale orders must be received by 11:00 AM Pacific Time for same day processing. Order received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Signature Required Service is by request only, available at checkout.

International Orders

Delivery time for REGULAR International orders vary anywhere from 12-25 business days due to customs requirements we may not be able to control. These orders ship USPS First Class International Mail and there may be no tracking available. PRIORITY International orders typically are delivered in 5-10 business days and ship Priority International. Tracking may be available on these orders. Please be aware that your cost of shipping outside of the United States can vary. US Shipping rates DO NOT apply to international orders. Additional fees may be required to cover taxes and import fees imposed by other countries. Vendors are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply.

Recommended Swimsuit Care

The following are our recommendations for swimwear care:

- Handwash the swimsuit prior to the first wear to set the colors

- After wearing the swimsuit, handwash the suit in a mild detergent, rinse well, hang or lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight

- Make sure that ALL body and suntan oils are removed from the swimsuit. If not, these oils will destroy the elasticity of the swimsuit!

- Don't leave the suit soaking overnight, bundled, wadded up, or rolled in a towel. This will cause the colors to bleed.

- Don't use Woolite, bleach, or dry the swimsuit in a dryer. All will destroy the elasticity of the suit.
